How is traffic from Fishers to downtown Indianapolis?

I’m moving to Indianapolis (from LA) and I’ll be working at Indiana University. I’m thinking to live in Fishers but I’m a little bit concerned about traffic esp during rush hours. Any idea how’s the traffic and how long it could take to drive these 20+ miles?
