I live in Indianapolis and I want to apply for a gun permit but my drivers license is suspended due to a wreck. Could this in any way affect me applying for a permit and/or purchasing a firearm?

Can I write a screenplay about the USS Indianapolis based on the court testimony of the survivors?

I know that facts are not protected by law and I would think that the sworn court testimony of the survivors would count as fact. So I was wondering if I could legally write and sell a screenplay based solely on their testimony and historical/scientific fact without needing any kind of permission from the survivors or their families. Or any kind of permission for that matter.

Hi. My cousin was working for a Christian company for almost 1 year now, but after they founf out about his Muslim faith, they’ve decided to terminate his contract. They agreed to pay him his end of service pay and other benefits but they just told him to leave, as they wont accept Muslims in their company. I’m not a Muslim, but my cousin is. And he really needs this job. Where can we get legal help in Indianapolis? Or if not there specifically, anywhere in the state of Indiana?
