Where can I spend my New Years in Indianapolis?

December 1st, 2009
Indianapolis
Hannah asked:

My best friend and myself are 16 and plan to spend new years in indianapolis. My aunt and her mother will be joining. Where are some teen friendly clubs or activities that we can attend that aren’t too pricy? Also, what hotel would you reccomend? (downtown please)
