I just heard race is tomorrow and race last year was “shortened because of rain”. They are driving afterall, wouldnt they just have to drive slower, therefore, probably not setting any speed records, but there would still be a winner at the end of 500 miles? Wouldnt rain on the track just add a little more test of skill for the drivers and since it rains on all the drivers everyone would be equally handicapped?
